Daniel McGee is a seasoned corporate and regulatory attorney with over 25 years experience advising clients on regulatory and corporate legal matters.

He routinely advises manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers of tobacco products, (cigars, e-vapor, e-cigarettes, hookah, pipe tobacco, and modern oral nicotine pouch products) and hemp and cannabis products (beverages, flower, vape, and edibles) regarding regulations by federal agencies such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) as well as on matters of state law regulations and compliance.

Daniel previously served as in-house counsel for several cigar, e-vapor, and hemp companies, where he gained valuable insight on the issues facing these industries.
